The company's customers and products primarily target the following sectors: CSP substrates based on BT materials for memory chips, mobile phones, and primary ICs for TVs; FC-BGA substrates based on ABF materials for CPUs, GPUs, and XPUs. Most notably, the company specializes in packaging substrates for Chiplets, which characterized by their large area, fine linewidth, high frequency, and speed.
As a subsidiary of Thinktrans, Thinktrans Electric Interconnect Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., specializes in manufacturing Flexible Printed Circuit Boards (FPC), with a focus on the mobile phone and panel sectors. Thanks to the application of ion-implanted plating additive processes, they excel in crafting ultra-fine circuits. Beyond standard FPCs for mobile phones and panels, they can produce millimeter-wave antennas, wireless charging units, and ultra-clean FPCs devoid of silicon and magnetic components. Other distinctive products include VCM coils used in mobile phone optical image stabilization lenses and TSA anti-shake suspension devices. The company's SMT production line is fully equipped, meeting the stringent requirements of the Apple supply chain.
