After Zhang Quan, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Haining Economic and Technological Development Zone, conducted a survey of Xinchuangyuan in April 2023, Cao Guoliang, Secretary of Haining Municipal Party Committee, led a team to visit Xinchuangyuan again in the morning of May 16. Zhao Yong, Chairman of Xinchuangyuan Semiconductor, warmly received the leadership of Haining Municipal Party Committee. At the Xinchuangyuan Exhibition Hall, Chairman Zhao Yong gave a detailed introduction to the company's industrial planning layout, characteristic process technology (IVD/I-SAP/ROS), and project progress. He stated that the core technology of Xinchuangyuan has made breakthrough progress and can provide better solutions for the implementation of Chiplet technology.

 At the symposium, Secretary Cao stated that the integration of storage and computing technology is a new direction for AI chips, which will drive incremental demand in the IC board market. Haining has built a pan Semiconductor industry advanced manufacturing cluster, focusing on the industrial chain of semiconductor equipment, components and basic materials. As a new enterprise with independent innovation, Xinchuangyuan's unique technology is expected to break through the technological bottleneck of the existing carrier board. Haining will provide key support policies for Xinchuangyuan and looks forward to Xinchuangyuan building a second base in Haining.
